Students who are "pay as you go" or who are coming to class for the first time, should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class so I can take care of receipts, paperwork, etc. in time to start class. If you are considering bringing a friend who is new to yoga, please, bring them early so I can take care of their paperwork. *!* Be aware of their level of ability if we are already past the 2nd or 3rd week of class.*!* What may be easy for you, now, might not be for them. This is true for all classes & locations. I must teach them poses you have already learned & that will take from the time needed for me to teach you & your classmates new poses planned for you for the current week. |

She has not tried them all herself and accepts no liability or responsibility for them. Flo hopes that this can be a useful networking forum for her students who are trying to develop & advance their own businesses. | Pet Rescue Daisy Mae is a 10 month old Yorkie...she was rescued from a puppy mill and is now healthy and happy waiting for her forever home....She is about 90% housebroke but she is crate trained. She gets along with other dogs, cats and birds too....she is very sweet and will sit in your lap as long as you want her to.
